Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing

This Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing is a combination of tangy, salty, and creamy that is perfect for any salad!

Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1 anchovy fillet, drained and minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Pinch of cayenne pepper Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 4 anchovies, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

      In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, anchovy fillet, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Adjust seasoning as necessary.        If desired, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.         Just before serving, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with anchovies. Serve immediately.  

Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1 roasted red pepper 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon honey salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the dressing into a jar or container and store in the fridge. Shake well before using.
  3. Serve over salads or as a dip for veggies.

Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

This Honey Mustard Vinaigrette recipe is the perfect way to dress up any salad, and it's so easy to make!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. If needed, adjust the seasoning to taste. Serve over your favorite salad greens.

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the dressing over your favorite salad greens and toss to coat.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
